Fridge-Pack Delivery for Weight Loss Injections
For GLP-1 medications (like Wegovy and Mounjaro), we package your medication in a fridge-safe envelope designed to:
- Keep the medication cool during delivery ( exact regulation isn’t essential as we deliver it 7 days in advance of you needing to use it).
- Fit through standard UK letterboxes
- Prevent missed deliveries or items being left outside
Because you’ll receive your medication shortly before you need to start treatment, the temperature window is safe for delivery without needing complex cold-chain packaging.
Delivery Advice
- If you’re not home during the day, consider sending to your workplace or someone who will be in
- If your letterbox is standard-sized, Tracked 24 (no signature) is ideal — it will be posted straight through
- If you choose a signed-for or Special Delivery option, someone must be home to receive it
- Once Royal Mail confirms delivery, you are responsible for collecting the item safely
- Remember once its delivered or an attempt is made, it is your responsibility to collect quickly. We cannot process any refunds if they go missing or there are delays in you collecting. So choose carefully to ensure you will be able to get the item delivered so that it is safe, until you can get to it.

- Guaranteed Saturday delivery by 1pm
- Same features as above — with added weekend service
- Delivery aim: 1–2 working days
- Requires a signature on delivery
- Basic tracking (confirmation of delivery only)
Best for: Lower-cost items or where next-day delivery is not essential
Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm (Mon–Fri)
- Guaranteed next working day by 1pm
- Signature and photo on delivery
