DPD Delivery: How We Get Your Medication to You Quickly and Safely

When it comes to your weight loss medication, we know timing and convenience matter. That’s why we use DPD Next Day delivery for all orders – getting your treatment to you fast, discreetly, and reliably.

Delivery Options We Offer

We send most orders using one of the following DPD services:

• Next Day from Dispatch – Standard option for most orders
• Next Day by 10:30am – Premium early delivery
• Next Day by 12:00pm – Premium midday delivery

We also offer Saturday and Sunday delivery (as premium options), though most orders are typically dispatched between Monday and Thursday to ensure you receive your parcel when you’re likely to be home.

For most medications, your order will fit through the letterbox. However, weight loss injections come in larger packaging, so you’ll need to be available to receive the delivery or choose an alternative option in the DPD app.

Most of our medication packs are designed to fit through a standard UK letterbox, so you don’t need to wait in or worry about missing a delivery. Please read below for Weight loss medications.

Important: GLP1 weight loss injections are sent in woolcool packaging with an ice pack to maintain temperature whilst in transit. It is important for these medications you are at home for delivery, have asked to be dropped of with a neighbour who will be home or selected a safe space or collection point where you can track and collect your delivery as soon as it is made. These are unlikely to fit through a letterbox so ensuring someone can take delivery is your responsibility. It is very important that once delivery is made you are able to collect it as soon as possible.

Stay In Control with the DPD App

With DPD, you’ll receive tracking updates every step of the way. To make delivery easier and safer, we recommend downloading the DPD app as soon as your order is dispatched.

Using the app, you can:

Track your parcel live
See where your parcel is and when it is due to arrive.

Choose a local collection point
If you may not be home, please select your preferred local collection point in the DPD app. This helps make sure you can collect your parcel on the first delivery attempt.

For refrigerated items, this is especially important. We recommend choosing a staffed shop or pharmacy-style pickup location where possible, rather than an outdoor locker or unstaffed collection point, as these can become very warm.

Set a safe place only if appropriate
You can choose a safe place, such as a porch or secure box, but please only use this option if you can collect the parcel quickly once it has been delivered.

Choose an alternate delivery address
You can send your parcel somewhere you know someone will be available, such as your workplace or a family member’s address.

Get delivery notifications
DPD will let you know when your parcel is nearby, so you can plan ahead.

This helps reduce the risk of your medication being left unattended for too long, especially during warm weather or when your order contains refrigerated items.
