For GLP-1 medications (like Wegovy and Mounjaro), we package your medication in a fridge-safe envelope designed to:

• Keep the medication cool during delivery ( exact regulation isn’t essential as we deliver it 7 days in advance of you needing to use it).
• Fit through standard UK letterboxes
• Prevent missed deliveries or items being left outside

Because you’ll receive your medication shortly before you need to start treatment, the temperature window is safe for delivery without needing complex cold-chain packaging.

• If you’re not home during the day, consider sending to your workplace or someone who will be in

• If you choose a signed-for or Special Delivery option, someone must be home to receive it
• Once Royal Mail confirms delivery, you are responsible for collecting the item safely
