Introducing LillyDirect: Your Mounjaro, Dispensed and Delivered Direct from Lilly
Big news for our weight loss patients: DoToR is partnering with LillyDirect — Eli Lilly’s official dispensing and delivery service — to get your Mounjaro to your door straight from the people who make it.
What is LillyDirect?
LillyDirect is a dispensing and delivery service from Eli Lilly, the manufacturer of Mounjaro (tirzepatide). It launched in the UK in 2026 and works with Lilly’s approved pharmacy partners to dispense private prescriptions and deliver them securely to your home.
One important thing to understand: LillyDirect is not a prescribing service. Lilly plays no part in deciding whether Mounjaro is right for you. That decision stays exactly where it is today — with your DoToR clinical team.
What stays the same
- Your clinical team – the same DoToR prescribers review your health assessment, check your suitability and issue your private prescription
- How you order – you order through the DoToR website exactly as you do now
- Your support – our team is still your first port of call for questions about your treatment, your dose or your order
What’s changing
Once your prescription is approved, it is sent securely and electronically to LillyDirect’s dispensing pharmacy. From there, your medication is dispensed and delivered to you directly from Lilly’s own supply chain — in discreet packaging, temperature-controlled, and with real-time delivery tracking.
Why this is good news for you
Let’s be clear: DoToR already supplies genuine, UK-only Mounjaro stock, delivered to strict cold-chain standards. LillyDirect doesn’t change that — it keeps the same standards and the same UK stock, but adds an extra layer of reassurance because the manufacturer itself now controls the journey from factory to your front door.

Every delivery includes your needles and alcohol wipes, and your first delivery also includes a sharps bin for safe disposal
Mounjaro needs to be kept at 2–8°C in transit, and LillyDirect deliveries meet the same standard DoToR uses today
Deliveries are made by DPD, with live tracking so you know exactly when your medication is arriving
You’ll receive a code by text message, which you show to the DPD driver to take delivery. Your medication is only handed over to you
When does this start? We’re switching deliveries over to LillyDirect from [LAUNCH DATE — TBC]. There’s nothing you need to do — if anything changes about how you receive your order, we’ll let you know directly.
