How does Wegovy® work?It mimics a natural gut hormone (GLP‑1) that helps control appetite and digestion. This helps you feel fuller for longer and reduces how much you eat — making it easier to lose weight without relying on willpower alone.

You start low and go slow:
- 0.25mg weekly for 4 weeks
- Then increase as long as any side effects experienced have reduced or are controlled.
- Then increase every 4 weeks through 0.5mg, 1.0mg, 1.7mg…
- Until you reach the target dose of 2.4mg per week

This gradual increase helps reduce side effects while your body adjusts — allowing you to Bring Out Your Best safely.
In most cases no but, Wegovy® may reduce the effectiveness of oral contraceptives, especially during episodes of vomiting or diarrhoea (common in early treatment).Use a backup contraceptive method (such as condoms) for extra protection if you experience these side effects.

Wygovy has changed my life. I started off on Mounjaro but the risk of my pill not working made me change to Wygovy. Change was easy and im losing weight and hitting the gym to make sure I keep my muscles! I’m so happy with the results so far. Its been 15 years since I have been this slim.
“I now eat to nourish my body, and emotional binge eating is finally in my past. After a stress day at work I would hit the chocolates just to forget the day. Mounjaro has helped me stop this destructive cycle. Thank you for helping me reclaim my health and happiness!”. DoToR has been easy to deal with. Great to have a lady led operation to deal with.
