- Breathe out fully (away from the spacer).
- Seal your lips tightly around the mouthpiece of the AeroChamber Plus.
- Press your inhaler once to release a dose into the chamber.
- Inhale slowly and deeply (3–5 seconds)—if you hear a whistle, you’re breathing too fast!
- Hold your breath for 10 seconds to let the medication reach deep into your lungs.
- Breathe out normally.
- Repeat if another dose is needed (wait 30–60 seconds between puffs).
Cleaning & Storing Your AeroChamber Plus
- Clean weekly (or as needed) to prevent medication buildup.
- Disassemble: Remove the rubber valve.
- Soak for 15 minutes in lukewarm, soapy water (no boiling or sterilizing!).
- Rinse thoroughly and air-dry completely before reassembling.
